Bellevue, WA: Berntson Porter Corporate Advisory Advises the Owners of Baratza, LLC on a Sale to Breville Group Limited.
Berntson Porter Corporate Advisory, LLC (“BPCA”), an M&A advisor serving middle market clients in the Pacific Northwest, today announced it acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the owners of Baratza, LLC. (“Baratza”), based on Bellevue, WA, in a sale to Breville Group Limited (“Breville Group”), based in Torrance, California, and New South Wales, Australia.
Established in 1999, Baratza designs and markets premium coffee grinders for North American and international markets.
The acquisition will be complementary to Breville Group’s existing premium coffee business and brings together two of the world’s leading companies in the design and global distribution of coffee products.
