Berntson Porter Corporate Advisory, LLC (“BPCA”), an M&A advisor serving middle market clients in the Pacific Northwest, today announced it acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the owners of H&H Molds, Inc. (“H&H Molds”), based in Spokane Valley, WA, in a sale to Palindrome LLP (“Palindrome”), based in Spokane, WA.

Founded in 1980, H&H Molds offers plastics engineering, custom mold manufacturing and injection molding services, specializing in low volume, tight tolerance molding of engineering and commodity grade thermoplastic resins. The Company’s products are used in a broad range of applications including electronics, biotechnology, agriculture, heavy equipment, plumbing equipment, and safety products.

Palindrome is a private holding company that acquires companies with decades of demonstrated success and extremely talented teams. Palindrome was an attractive acquiror given their commitment to the Spokane community, their long-term ownership model, and their ability to recruit experienced operators to supplement the existing management team.

This is the thirteenth completed transaction that BPCA has advised on since the firm’s formation in 2017, and the fourth in 2021.
