Bellevue, WA: Berntson Porter Corporate Advisory Advises the Owner of Crescent Lighting Supply, Inc. on a Sale to a Private Buyer.

Berntson Porter Corporate Advisory, LLC (“BPCA”), an M&A advisor serving middle market clients in the Pacific Northwest, today announced it acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Mr. Ray Gooch, the owner of Crescent Lighting Supply, Inc. (“Crescent Lighting” or the “Company”), based in Kirkland, WA, in a sale to a Private Individual.

Established in 1991, Crescent Lighting is a specialty distributor of lighting, fans, and door hardware, targeting the single-family and multi-family residential construction markets.

The Company’s primary customers include homebuilders and residential electrical contractors serving the greater Seattle / Tacoma market. Crescent Lighting works with some of the nation’s largest homebuilders, including Toll Brothers and Lennar Homes, who often undertake multi-year development projects for the construction of residential communities.
