Berntson Porter Corporate Advisory, LLC (“BPCA”), an M&A advisor serving middle market clients in the Pacific Northwest, today announced it acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the owner of IVOXY Consulting (“IVOXY”) in a sale to Trace3, a portfolio company of American Securities.
Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Seattle, WA, IVOXY delivers IT solutions and professional services to customers throughout the Pacific Northwest. IVOXY focuses on providing clients with data center and networking availability technologies spanning virtualization, networking, storage, automation, security, data protection, cloud, and beyond. The Company works with vendors including VMware, Rubrik, NetApp, Pure Storage and Cisco.
